TERMS OF USE

Last Updated: August 12, 2026

Welcome to GlowUp GlowTogether. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GlowUp GlowTogether website, including its pages, written content, resources, downloads, forms, scheduling links, and other website features (collectively, the “Website”).

The Website is owned and operated by GlowUp GlowTogether PLLC (“GlowUp GlowTogether,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

ABOUT GLOWUP GLOWTOGETHER

GlowUp GlowTogether provides psychotherapy, educational programming, creative wellness experiences, workshops, trainings, and related resources.

Clinical psychotherapy services are provided by Dr. Angelica Barron Maulucci, DSW, LICSW/LCSW, who is independently licensed to practice clinical social work in the following states:

  • Massachusetts — LICSW #126157

  • California — LCSW #108038

  • Indiana — LCSW #34010879A

  • New Jersey — LCSW #44SC06475000

Psychotherapy services are provided virtually only to individuals located in a jurisdiction in which the treating clinician is legally authorized to practice at the time services are provided.

Availability of information on this Website does not mean that psychotherapy or any other regulated professional service is available in every state, country, or jurisdiction.

WEBSITE INFORMATION IS NOT THERAPY

The information available on this Website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Browsing this Website, reading its content, downloading a resource, submitting an inquiry, joining an email list, contacting GlowUp GlowTogether, or scheduling an inquiry call does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

A therapist-client relationship is established only after GlowUp GlowTogether has determined that services are appropriate and available, all required consent and practice documents have been completed, and the parties have mutually agreed to begin psychotherapy services.

Nothing on this Website is intended to replace individualized mental health care, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Do not disregard or delay seeking professional care because of information you have read on this Website.

WEBSITE IS NOT FOR EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION

This Website, its contact forms, email addresses, scheduling tools, and social media accounts are not emergency or crisis-response services and are not continuously monitored.

If you are experiencing an immediate emergency or believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

Current therapy clients should follow the emergency and communication procedures provided in their informed consent and practice documents.

PSYCHOTHERAPY AND TELEHEALTH SERVICES

GlowUp GlowTogether provides psychotherapy in accordance with the professional, ethical, licensing, privacy, informed-consent, and telehealth requirements that apply to the clinician and to the jurisdiction in which the client is physically located during a session.

Because laws governing psychotherapy and telehealth vary by jurisdiction, being able to access this Website from a particular location does not mean GlowUp GlowTogether is authorized to provide psychotherapy to you in that location.

Before beginning psychotherapy, prospective clients may be asked to provide information necessary to determine eligibility for services, including their location.

Psychotherapy services are governed by separate clinical documents, including applicable informed consent, telehealth, privacy, payment, cancellation, and practice policies. If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed clinical agreement concerning psychotherapy services, the applicable clinical agreement will control with respect to those services, subject to applicable law.

MINORS AND PARENTS OR GUARDIANS

GlowUp GlowTogether provides services to adolescents as well as adults. This Website may therefore contain information intended for teens, young adults, parents, caregivers, schools, and community organizations.

The ability of a minor to consent to psychotherapy, request or authorize disclosure of information, access records, or independently enter into agreements varies according to applicable law and individual circumstances.

Website access does not establish consent for treatment.

For clinical services involving a minor, GlowUp GlowTogether will follow applicable laws and professional standards regarding consent, assent, parental or guardian involvement, confidentiality, privacy, and access to records.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into an agreement independently, your use of paid Website services, registrations, or purchases may require the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

CREATIVE WELLNESS WORKSHOPS, TRAININGS, AND EVENTS

GlowUp GlowTogether may provide or promote creative wellness workshops, trainings, educational programs, community events, and similar experiences.

Unless expressly identified as psychotherapy, these offerings are educational or wellness experiences and are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or individualized clinical care.

Participation in a workshop, training, event, class, community program, or other non-clinical offering does not establish a therapist-client relationship with GlowUp GlowTogether or Dr. Angelica Barron Maulucci.

Specific events or programs may have additional registration terms, participation requirements, cancellation policies, age requirements, or waivers. Any such terms presented during registration also apply to that offering.

INQUIRY CALLS AND CONTACT FORMS

An inquiry or consultation call is intended to help determine whether GlowUp GlowTogether may be an appropriate fit for services. It is not psychotherapy and does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Submitting information through a general Website contact form, email, text message, or inquiry form also does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Please avoid sending extensive or highly sensitive clinical information through general Website forms, ordinary email, or text message unless specifically directed to do so. Current and prospective therapy clients may be directed to appropriate systems or secure platforms for clinical documentation and communication.

GlowUp GlowTogether cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of information sent through ordinary internet communications outside systems specifically designated for protected clinical communication.

PRIVACY

Your use of this Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information collected through the Website may be received, used, stored, and disclosed.

Clinical health information created or maintained as part of psychotherapy services may be subject to additional federal and state confidentiality and privacy protections and is handled according to the applicable clinical privacy notices, informed-consent documents, and law.

Website privacy practices and psychotherapy-record privacy practices are not necessarily the same.

EDUCATIONAL CONTENT AND RESOURCES

GlowUp GlowTogether may make articles, worksheets, guides, videos, social media content, newsletters, downloads, exercises, presentations, or other educational materials available through the Website.

These materials are intended for general education and wellness purposes. They are not individualized recommendations and should not be interpreted as establishing a professional relationship between you and GlowUp GlowTogether.

Mental health information necessarily involves individual circumstances. Information that may be helpful or appropriate for one person may not be appropriate for another.

We make reasonable efforts to provide thoughtful and accurate information, but information may change over time and we do not guarantee that every resource is complete, current, or appropriate for every individual or circumstance.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its original content—including text, branding, graphics, worksheets, photographs, videos, program materials, downloadable resources, designs, logos, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to GlowUp GlowTogether and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access Website materials for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use unless another use is expressly authorized.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • reproduce or republish substantial portions of our original materials;

  • sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute our materials;

  • remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;

  • represent our materials as your own;

  • modify our materials for resale or commercial distribution; or

  • use our materials to create substantially similar commercial products, programs, trainings, or resources.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of GlowUp GlowTogether intellectual property to you.

MATERIALS YOU PROVIDE TO US

You retain ownership of original content or materials that you submit to GlowUp GlowTogether.

Submitting an inquiry, feedback, testimonial, photograph, creative work, or other material does not automatically give GlowUp GlowTogether permission to publish it publicly or use it for advertising or marketing.

When separate authorization is legally or ethically required—particularly when information relates to a psychotherapy client—we will obtain appropriate authorization before using identifiable material for promotional purposes.

This provision does not prevent us from using information as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide a service you requested, comply with law, maintain business records, protect legal rights, or administer the Website.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes.

You may not knowingly:

  • interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Website;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to Website systems or accounts;

  • introduce malicious software or code;

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;

  • use automated systems to improperly scrape, copy, or extract Website content;

  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of another person; or

  • use the Website in a manner that violates applicable law.

We may restrict access to the Website when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, GlowUp GlowTogether, or other users.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms, including scheduling, payment, registration, telehealth, insurance, social media, email, video-conferencing, or other service providers.

Those third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and accessibility practices.

A link to a third-party resource does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all information, services, products, or opinions offered by that third party.

GlowUp GlowTogether is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, security, or practices of websites and services that we do not control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

PURCHASES, REGISTRATIONS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Certain programs, events, resources, or services available through or linked from this Website may require payment or registration.

Any prices, cancellation provisions, refund policies, attendance requirements, or other terms presented at the time of registration or purchase are incorporated into these Terms for that particular transaction.

Psychotherapy fees, insurance arrangements, cancellation policies, and related clinical financial policies are governed by the applicable practice and informed-consent documents provided to therapy clients.

TESTIMONIALS AND EXPERIENCES

If testimonials, feedback, participant comments, or descriptions of experiences appear on this Website, they represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will have the same outcome.

Mental health and wellness outcomes differ from person to person.

Any use of information associated with a psychotherapy client will be handled in accordance with applicable ethical, privacy, confidentiality, and authorization requirements.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

GlowUp GlowTogether does not guarantee any particular clinical, educational, personal, professional, relational, or wellness outcome from accessing Website information or participating in our services, programs, workshops, or events.

Psychotherapy and personal growth are individualized processes, and outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of GlowUp GlowTogether.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any portion of the Website at any time.

Although we take reasonable measures to maintain the Website, we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from technical problems.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security protections on devices and networks you use to access the Website.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

GlowUp GlowTogether makes no warranty that Website information will be complete, continuously current, error-free, or appropriate for every user or circumstance.

Nothing in this section limits professional duties or standards of care that legally apply when GlowUp GlowTogether has established a therapist-client relationship with an individual.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlowUp GlowTogether will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from your general use of, inability to use, or reliance upon this Website or its non-clinical informational resources.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, disclaim, or limit any right, remedy, duty, professional responsibility, or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.

This limitation does not alter the professional duties applicable to psychotherapy services provided within an established therapist-client relationship.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's legal rights.

This provision does not apply to claims arising from professional psychotherapy services to the extent such claims cannot lawfully or ethically be subject to indemnification.

ACCESSIBILITY

GlowUp GlowTogether is committed to making its Website and services as accessible and inclusive as reasonably possible.

If you experience difficulty accessing Website information or need assistance accessing content in another format, please contact us so that we can work with you to identify a reasonable alternative.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Website, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will identify the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to psychotherapy policies that require separate notice, acknowledgment, or consent will be addressed through the applicable clinical process rather than solely through an update to these Website Terms.

SEVERABILITY

If any portion of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

NO WAIVER

Failure by GlowUp GlowTogether to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms concern the general use of a Website operated by GlowUp GlowTogether PLLC.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes concerning general Website use will be governed by the laws applicable to GlowUp GlowTogether PLLC, without overriding consumer protections, professional licensing requirements, privacy rights, or other mandatory laws that apply to a particular user or service.

Psychotherapy services remain subject to the laws, regulations, professional standards, and jurisdictional requirements applicable to the clinician and to the location in which the client receives services.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to contact, obtain information from, or file a complaint with an applicable professional licensing or regulatory authority.

GlowUp GlowTogether's psychotherapy services are subject to the professional requirements of the jurisdictions in which services are lawfully provided.

California psychotherapy clients receive the consumer notice required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as part of the applicable clinical onboarding process.

Other state-specific disclosures or notices will be provided when required by the jurisdiction in which clinical services are delivered.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and the Website Privacy Policy govern general use of the Website.

Separate agreements—including psychotherapy informed-consent documents, telehealth agreements, privacy notices, program agreements, registration terms, and other written agreements—may also apply when you receive or participate in a specific service.

Where a separate agreement specifically governs a service, that agreement controls with respect to that service, subject to applicable law.
