Facilitated by a licensed clinical social worker and certified fashion stylist, GlowUp Youth Workshops use the universal language of fashion to de-stigmatize mental health.
With expressive arts and dialectal/cognitive behavioral coaching, ages 12-17 are effectively engaged to:
