Therapy For Life Transitions + Change
Virtual Therapy Available Throughout California, Massachusetts, New Jersey + Indiana
Change can leave you feeling like the ground is moving underneath you.
Maybe you are starting a new school, graduating, moving, changing careers, becoming more independent, entering parenthood, navigating a divorce or marriage, experiencing loss, or realizing that a version of your life no longer fits. Life transitions can bring up every possible emotion.
Change can ask questions about identity, relationships, belonging, purpose, family roles, and what comes next. Sometimes you are grieving a person, place, relationship, routine, or version of yourself while also being expected to keep moving forward.
Therapy for life transitions and change can give you space to process, adjust, and make sense of what you want to carry with you into this new season of life.
This is a space to grieve what is changing, hold onto what matters, and still make room for the person you are becoming.
I specialize in supporting ages 13–39, offering continuity of care through the many changes, questions, and milestones that unfold from adolescence into adulthood – so you can have a steady source of support as life evolves.
With change, sometimes you need a place to catch up emotionally on everything that has happened. And to grieve, celebrate, question, remember, or be real about the range of emotions. Support can give you room to move through change without rushing yourself to be “over it,” ready for what is next, or okay before you actually are.
Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Dr. Angelica.
I’ve spent more than a decade supporting people through the changes that can reshape how they see themselves, their relationships, and what comes next.
Life transitions can bring excitement, grief, uncertainty, relief, fear, and hope all at once. Sometimes the hardest part is not the change itself, but trying to make sense of who you are now that life looks different.
I care deeply about helping people move through these seasons with support, self-trust, and room for every part of the experience. You do not have to rush into the next chapter or leave pieces of yourself behind to move forward.
