At GlowUp GlowTogether, healing is not about becoming someone else. It’s about living in alignment with who you truly are. Together, we meet at the intersection of the heart and mind to outgrow what no longer fits and be who you are becoming.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) with a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) from Simmons University in Boston and a Certification in Fashion Styling (CFS) from the School of Style in Manhattan. I blend evidence-based mental health care with creativity and self-expression to create a welcoming, personalized experience. With over ten years of clinical practice, I support teens and adults in navigating life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths as a guide toward well-being.
My personal and ongoing GlowUp includes spirituality, time with loved ones (including my dog), social welfare, holistic health, food, fashion, and the privilege of working with people like you.
Looking forward to connecting!
